At Bicnic we are committed to using products of raw material of the highest quality. The products we use are, whenever possible, from the closest vicinity and from both ecological and sustainable production. We use different methods of cooking and preparation such as marinating, low-temperature cooking, pickling, baking… always working with meticulous processes to achieve the greatest potential of the very product.
We start from our traditional collective cookbook to design unique recipes that combine flavors, preparation techniques, and familiar ingredients, or even newly acquired ones that help us to travel, discover, and enjoy every bite. Although we are local, we like leaving home, wandering around, and getting to know the world.
